BRODO is a Bandung based footwear company.  

Their designs are inspired by the beauty of structures 

They believe the art within a structure is when engineers/designers wrestle 

with uncertainty, using analytical quantification and the science of 

assumption, they are able to create an art form. 

As construction engineers, they are responsible to protect and keep our 

clients safe. They will provide a simple technology every Brodo Shoes. 

The result is a shoe that is light as a feather and strong as a structure.

Every design from Brodo Footwear is unique and never been aroud the 

world before. They are trying to be “idealist” in terms of designs,. 

Their company philosophy is to always bring you not only a shoe, but an 

ensembled piece of engineering and art 

PS: They are developing a simple technology inspired by Suspension Bridge 

philosophy 

They only use 100%  authentic leather  for their products 

IL CERVO 

The first shoes designed by Brodo 

The sewing pattern  is influenced by  The Pyramid of Aztecs in 

Mexico. The Aztecs, a people with a rich mythology and cultural 

heritage, dominated central Mexico in the 14th, 15th and 16th centuries 

created a structure that is myteriously beautiful. It’s been here 

around mexico for hundred  years and still standing tall. 

We imagine Brodo shoes IL CERVO will share the same character 

SIGNORE 

Deisgned for someone who sought for perfection in 

simplicity. It is only 2 pieces of high quality leather sewn together. With the right 

formula and equation, we redefine the meaning of simplicity. 

Our influence came from the beauty of modern concrete structures in 

Japan by Tadao Ando, that are simple yet beautifully strong

Inspired by the Steel Truss Forth Bridge at 

Scotland. Truss bridges are one of the oldest types of modern bridge. 

It is economical to construct owing to its efficient use of materials. 

We implement this design philosophy to create a shoe that is 

economical, unique, and full of character.
